The proposed project includes demolition of the existing building and removal of the employee parking on the southern portion of the site. In its place, a new seven-story high-rise office building with one basement level will be constructed, totaling approximately 87,332 SF of gross floor area. The new building will provide office and consulate services. Two levels of structured employee parking will be located on the 3rd and 4th floors above grade, accommodating a total of 60 spaces. The northern portion of the site will be upgraded to provide approximately 96 visitor surface parking spaces. Improvements will include grading, paving, and striping; no structures will be built on this portion of the site.
